NEWTON:   07:00.   Emergency units are on the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 231 and Dale County 18.


The accident involves a Police officer, but NOT a Newton Officer. it was invovling a Barbour County Sheriff's Veheicle. We understand a considerable amount of damage to the vehicles. Unknown the extent of injuries.
