HEADLAND - HENRY COUNTY:  1:00 PM.   Henry County Sheriff Will Maddox and Henry County Sheriff Deputies and Headland Police Chief Mark Jones and Headland Police Department apprehended a burglary suspect on or near Mulberry.


Sheriff Maddox confirmed the apprehension a few ago. Sheriff Maddox praised Headland Police Chief Mark Jones and members of Headland Police Department for their swift response and actions along with members of the Henry County Sheriff Department. 


The Sheriff Department responded to a burglary in progress call. Headland Police Officers responded rapidly along with deputies. The suspect had fled. These law enforcement officers did not stop there. They started to search.


The result - apprehension.
