10:00 PM.. Burglary in Progress on State Line Road

HOUSTON COUNTY:  Houston County Sheriff Deputies responded to a report of a possible burglary in progress on State Line Road. Reports are possibly 4 to 5  people in side the residence.


Dispatcher advised deputies to use caution due to the PR being possibly armed with a shotgun. When deputies arrived they determined the PR may have had some mental issues and no burglary was in progress.


Multiple deputies are now on scene and are speaking to the deputies. Deputies have cleared the home and didn't find anything.
