HOUSTON COUNTY: 10:24 PM. SATURDAY. Houston County Sheriff Deputy activated his blue lights and siren on a motor vehicle which was west bound on Highway 52 West Of Ross Clark Circle, westbound.
The person “in front of” not “the person behind” the blue lights made a conscious decision to attempt to elude the Houston County Sheriff Tahoe.
Multiple Houston County Sheriff Deputies rolled that direction as did Multiple Alabama Department of Law Enforcement - Troopers. Houston County 911 notified Geneva County 911 which dispatched Geneva County Sheriff Deputies.
The motorist which made the conscious decision not to stop traveled into a MALVERN and then turned right onto North Main Street In MALVERN.
The vehicle traveled until just before this vehicle came to the paved road at which time the vehicle went left and to the rear of the residence on the dirt road.
The Suspect was not fast enough for the Houston County Sheriff Deputy. The suspect was apprehended and taken into custody.
Multiple Houston County Sheriff Deputies, ALEA-Troopers, Taylor Police and Geneva County Sheriff Deputies were on the scene.
Unknown what the allergic reaction the person had to the blue lights which made the subject gas it.
