LEVEL PLAINS:   10:39 PM   Ozark - Dale County 911 dispatched emergency units to 1739 County Road 24 in Level Plains to reports of a drive by shooting. The time of the shooting was about 9:30 PM.


The drive by shooting resulted in one person being struck.


The gunshot victim was transported to Flowers Hospital where they are deceased.


Level Plains Police, Dale County Sheriff Department, Daleville Police Department, and Dale County Coroner's Office is investigating. Enterprise Police is also assisting.
