11:31 PM... Structure Fire at 801 Ussery Street

DOTHAN: Multiple Dothan Fire units responded to a report of a structure fire at 801 Ussery Street. The first unit on scene advised light smoke visible. Battalion Chief Messer has command.
Dothan Police responded along with an ambulance. The road the fire is located on is closed due to emergency equipment and supply line blocking the road.
Engine 1 made entry and advised the fire was out and other firefighters could start venting the smoke. Truck 1 advised all clear, no one was home.
The cause of the fire is not known. Chief Messer advised the fire was out on fire department arrival.
