DOTHAN:    11:45 AM.  Dothan 911 dispatched Police - Fire - EMS to Ross Clark Circle and Highway 231 South to reports of a motor vehicle accident with serious critical injuries.


When Dothan Police arrived it was determined there were actually no injuries at all. But 911 has to dispatch what is reported to the 911 Center and units have to respond based on that reporting.
