ORANGE BEACH ALABAMA: 12:42 PM. Today I visited Orange Beach Alabama to we here Alabama Sheriff’s and Alabama Police Chief’s were holding their mid year conference.

First I visited where the Alabama Sheriff‘s Association met. A great group of friendly Sheriff’s and people present. Friendly and extremely nice.

Then I went over to the WHARF where the Alabama Police Chief Association was meeting. When I arrived I rode through the parking lot because I like to see the cars for each department and what they look like. Just a thing that I like to do. I parked and went in.

I was met by officers at the door who immediately began to treat me like a criminal. They want to know why I rode the parking lot looking at cars. They have snipers open the roof of The Wharf. I told them that I liked to look at the cars, the types and how equipped. No big deal.

They want to see identification to apparently run me through the computers. Then other questions. I told them I came to the Sheriff Conference and came by the Chief’s conference. There was a Dothan vendor there and I was going to speak with him.

Then comes Orange Beach Police Sgt. Johnson. He had to let it be known he was the man in charge. That he could be an asshole. I laughed and said so could I.

He was an arrogant prick who thought he was soooo important.

Finally I walked over to the booth and talked with the Dothan vendor. Joked around and laughed about what happened.

As I started to leave I saw good ‘ol Sgt. Johnson again. He sorta had a manure eating grin so I laughed joking and said I am leaving did he need to do a body scan. Sgt. Johnson asked was I kidding or serious. I laughed and said well sorta kidding but on the trouble I was given guess could be kinda serious.

Sgt. Jonson then got into my face attempting to do everything he could do to provoke me. That how bad he was and what all he could do me. I just laughed. He told me I better leave as I was walking out the door. I told him that I was - that it was Sgt. Johnson following me not me following him. And he kept the smart as mouth moving.

I went by the Orange Beach Police Department. But they close from 12 to 1. Was going to see the Orange Beach Police Chief. Well my time is more important than to wait on him.

I do think it is funny that the Alabama Police Chief’s are afraid of their shadow and need snipers on the roof top. LOL - the Alabama Sheriff’s, you know the CHIEF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS of the State, they do not need Snipers on the roof.

But they are only the Sheriff’s, e;exited by the people. But the “appointed” police Chief’s think they are very important and need snipers.

Oh’ this is a taxpayer funded trip these appointed Police Chief’s are on wining and dining at Orange Beach Alabama.

As I close, because he apparently has a ego issue. Sgt. Johnson of the Orange Beach Police Department wants everyone to know he is a “asshole”.
