DOTHAN:   1:34 PM   Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police Officers to Forest Drive and Ross Clark Circle to a non custodial parental kidnapping, assault and domestic complaint.


Within a minute Dothan Police Sgt. Jason Weed was on the scene. 


Dothan Police had the black male suspect spotted in the parking lot between Verizon Wireless and Tropical Smoothie's.


The allegations are that the suspect and domestic allegations are concerning a 13 month old child.


Dothan Police are on the scene working to put the pieces of the puzzle together at this time.
