DOTHAN:   2:18 PM    Dothan Fire and Dothan Police are on the scene of James Oates Park in reference to reports of a subject "huffing".


The vehicle is in the parking lot of the park. Persons reporting said the person in the vehicle was using "spray inhalents" as they were calling as passed back out.


Huffing has been a problem in recent years. A recent accident in Houston County the person responble for the accident was alleged to have been huffing.


That is where a person sprays something such as dust cleaner for computers, sniffing into their nose. It cause temporary blackout spells.


Dothan Police is on the scene investigating.
