DOTHAN: At 2:34 PM... Dothan Fire and Dothan Police responded to a report of a person struck by a vehicle at South Edgewood and Catalpa. The victim had what appeared to be only minor injuries and refused treatment.  Engine 1 canceled the responding Pilcher's Ambulance. The incident is under investigation by the Dothan Police Traffic Division.
