HOUSTON COUNTY:   2:55 PM       Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched Sheriff Deputies to an assault in progress at 13076 U.S. 84 in Pansey at Liberty Gas Station.


Reports to Sheriff 911 a white female and a white male were fighting. They were reported in a Silver GMC Envoy pulling a trailer at the gas pumps.


Houston County Sheriff Deputies responded. Deputies intercepted the suspect vehicle which had already left the Liberty Gas Station.


Houston County Sheriff Deputies intercepted the suspect vehicle. After the initial investigation it was determined there was no assault. But the driver of the vehicle had illegal drugs on him.


Houston County Sheriff Deputies contacted VICE Deputies. After additional investigation the male subject was taken into custody and placed in the Houston County Jail.


The Houston County Sheriff Deputies were on the accident on North County 55 when Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched the deputies to this call.
