GENEVA COUNTY: Multiple Fire units from Slocomb, Malvern and Fadette responded to a report of a structure fire at 19063 Hwy 52 in Geneva County. The first unit on scene advised smoke visible. Slocomb Police responded along with an ambulance from Slocomb Rescue.
Firefighters were able to make quick entry and knock down and contain the fire. Firefighters checked the home to make everyone did get out and they saved the home and the family dog. The cause of the fire is not known at this time.The road the fire is located on is closed due to emergency equipment and supply line blocking the road.
