HOUSTON COUNTY: At 3:11 PM... Units from Columbia Rescue, Columbia Police and Houston County Sheriff's Officer were dispatched to a medical call at the Dam in Columbia. Reports are a male subject unable to move and the water was rising.


Units arrived on scene and the were able to get the man to safety and transported him to the hospital for his medical issue.
