DALE COUNTY:    Ozark - Dale County 911 dispatched Dale County Sheriff Deputies, Ariton Fire, Ariton Rescue and ALEA-Troopers to a motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle.

At 2:20 PM on Highway 51 and West County Road 72 at Ariton, a single motorcycle accident. There is one fatality on the scene.

Dale County Sheriff Chief Deputy Mason Bynum responded and is in the scene. Dale County Coroner Woodie Hildboldt has been dispatched to the scene.

Emergency units are still on the scene.

According to ALEA Sgt. Drew Brooks, the crash happened at around 2 p.m. on Alabama 51 near the 24 mile marker. Mitchell Dulkiewicz, 57, of Clayton, died when the 2016 Harley Davidson he was driving left the roadway and hit a drain culvert.
