DOTHAN:     Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police - Dothan Fire and Local EMS to a motor vehicle accident on Ross Clark Circle and Columbia Highway. A vehicle verses embankment.


Reports from motorist one female was in handcuffs on the scene.
