DOTHAN:   7:19 PM.  We have had several calls, Dothan Fire Marshall Chris Etheridge has had several calls about the smokey haze on the west side and north side of Dothan.


Dothan Fire Marshall Chris Etheridge checked with Alabama Forestry Brady Dunn. He confirmed several permitted fire burns today. Apparently the atmospheric conditions are just right that the smoke is not getting on up in the air and making a haze lay low.


Nothing is on fire as to structures and no reported fires out of control.
