DOTHAN:     9:23 PM    Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police, Dothan Fire Engine 4 ( Southside ) and local EMS to the 1500 block of South Alice Street to reports of a firearm assault.


Multiple Dothan Police Officers responded to the scene. Dothan Fire Engine 4 and EMS were instructed to "stage", do not enter the scene but wait close until Police deem the scene safe.


Shortly after arrival Dothan Police Cpl. Moody advised there was no firearm assault. The call was a vandalism that occurred on Selma Street.


Dothan Fire Engine 4 and EMS returned to service. Dothan Fire Battalion Chief Keith Gassiter was on the scene.
