1. Pat Jones, District Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit Of Henry and Houston County.

3. Jay Calhoun, Investigator for the 20th Judicial Circuit Of Henry and Houston County.

4. Mark Jones, Chief Of Police Headland Alabama.

5. Will Maddox, Sheriff Of Henry County Alabama

Rickey Stokes News has been sent the video Of bullying and tormenting of a girl by other girls.

The time has come for each of you to stop running around in a campaign trying to see who will be Sheriff and get off your buttocks and do something about this.

I WILL POST THIS VIDEO IF I DO NOT GET WORD YA’LL HAVE COMBINED EFFORTS AND INVESTIGATING THIS. IN FACT NONE OF YOU SHOULD BE AT HOME RIGHT NOW.

Will Maddox is the Sheriff. Headland is in Henry County. Mark Jones is Police Chief Of Headland. Ya‘ll have argued before over cases. This you better team up and get on.

Jay Henry is Chief Investigator of the 20th Judicial District Attorney’s Office. He was the only one until Pat Jones recently hired Jay Calhoun. Henry is running for Sheriff Of Henry County.

Guess what Bubba? As District Attorney Investigator, stop politicking and get to work on this. Ground breaking don’t solve this bullying.

Now...you 5 have been called out. Let’s see if each of you will walk the walk or just hot air.

At 6:24 AM Henry County Sheriff Will Maddox called me and confirmed investigators  from Henry County Sheriff’s Department have been investigating this bully incident since reported and videos presented.

Charges are expected today. Sheriff Maddox said these were juveniles and because of juveniles the incident has to be handled differently.

Sheriff Maddox confirmed this did not happen on school property but occurred in the City of Headland. 

While we might not know the outcome based on juveniles Sheriff Maddox said they were on top of it.

Headland Police Chief Mark Jones said this incident was not reported to the Headland Police Department but must have been reported to the Henry County Sheriff Department. That is why the investigation is being conducted by the Henry County Sheriff Department.

Headland Police did not receive the complaint.

Henry County Sheriff Will Maddox said” The Henry County Sheriff’s Office received information on Monday about the bullying and conducted a intense and thorough investigation into the alleged bullying. After completing the investigation three juveniles were charged and transported to the Southeast Alabama Diversion Center. Sheriff Maddox stated that bulling in Henry County Schools will NOT be tolerated and swift action and investigation will be carried out when a complaint is filed. Unlike municipalities the Henry County Sheriff’s Office covers the entire area of Henry County.
