DOTHAN:  9:35 PM.  Dothan Police made a high risk traffic stop, Highway 231 South At Festival Drive. The traffic stop was in connection to a reported kidnapping.


After investigation determined it was not a kidnapping. The call was changed to suspicious circumstances only.
