OZARK:    9:39 AM.   Ozark - Dale County 911 dispatched Police and Dale County Sheriff units to Mary’s Country Kitchen to a burglary in progress.


Ozark - Dale County 911 obtained suspect information - a white male in a red shirt and blue jeans.


When Ozark Police units arrived Ozark Police got into a foot pursuit of the suspect running towards CVS Pharmacy.


The officer lost contact with the suspect while in foot pursuit.


Ozark Police investigating.
