9:43 PM... Dothan Police in Foot Pursuit

DOTHAN: At 9:43 PM... Dothan Police got into a foot pursuit down town. The suspect a black male ran from officers and is reported to possibly have a gun.


Houston County Deputies in the area also responded to help the Dothan Officer. Officers were able to get a perimeter around the area and keep the suspect in a small area.


After a short foot pursuit officers located the suspect behind one of the bars down town. The suspect was quickly taken into custody.


Dothan Fire was called to the scene due to the suspect that just ran from police was having problems breathing.
