DOTHAN: Dothan Fire and Dothan Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash at Napier Field and Dale County Line. Reports are it was a hit and run and the other driver took off on foot.
Two people were transported by ambulance to the hospital. The area where the crash occurred is closed until it can be cleaned up. The cause of the crash is under investigation by the Alabama State Troopers.
Lt. Long searched for the suspect driver and caught him in a field just south of Dale County Road 10 on US 231.
