A Community Sponsored Event - Will Graham Celebration Comes To A Close

DOTHAN:    This evening the wiregrass community came together to the Dothan Civic Center for the closing of four services of the Will Graham Celebration held this weekend in Dothan.

The grandson of the Rev. Billy Graham, Will Graham, came to Dothan at the invitation of area leaders and businesses for the three day Celebration Service. It began Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday evening and Sunday evening.

Will Graham's messages were very simple:  GOD loves you, just as you are. GOD sent HIS SON to die on the cross for each of our sins. It is simple to have everlasting life, confess your sins to GOD, step out in faith and acknowledge JESUS CHRIST as your savior, and through that belief and confession, you will have ever lasting life.

A very simple but powerful message that does not need to be put off.

The Will Graham Celebration was paid for by business leaders in the wiregrass community. There were no offering plates passed, no money taken up. The entire event was underwritten by local people who felt there was a message that needed to be heard.

THANK YOU to the local business community for such an awesome event that has and will change lives.

It also speaks volumes about our community business leaders.
