Another Dog Cruelty Case – this one in Barbour County

BARBOUR COUNTY:  Barbour County Sheriff’s Office, Southern Soul Animal League went to a home near White Oak Creek and took position of nearly 40 dogs. The dogs ranged from pull grown to puppies and all were in bad shape. EMS had to be called due to some volunteers being bitten by some of the dogs and none of the dogs have had their shots.


As we understand it this same lady has about 20 to 30 dogs removed from her care about two years ago. Below are the videos taken during the dog round up. This is truly animal cruelty letting these dogs get this bad.


What I can't understand is if this person had that dogs taken from them just two years ago, WHY was she allowed to do it again.
