Arrest Made in Recent Home Invasion in Rehobeth

Houston County Sheriff Donald Valenza held a press conference to discuss the home invation incident. On September 28th Houston County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of someone breaking into a mobile home on County Road 203 in Rehobeth. When deputies arrived they made contact with the victim that had received injuries during the incident.
The suspect (ex-boy friend) Rodero Richardson had forced his way into the home and held the victim against her will and took her phone when she tried to call 911. Richardson has already left when deputies arrived.
Richardson was later located and arrested and charged with:
Burglary 1st degree with a $60,000.00 bond.
Domestic Violence – Strangulation $30,000.00 bond
Unlawful Imprisonment with a $6,000.00 bond
Interfering with a domestic violence emergency call with a 3,000.00 bond
