Ashford Lions Cooking Famous Brunswick Stew

Ashford, AL, November 3, 2017:  The Ashford Lions Club will be cooking its famous Brunswick Stew on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the Fresh Foods Market (old Efurd’s Grocery) on US Highway 84 in Cowarts, AL.  The stew is $8.00 per quart. 


Tickets may be purchased from any Ashford Lions Club member or may be reserved and paid for when the stew is picked up.  This stew recipe freezes nicely for longer term storage and later enjoyment so don’t hesitate to purchase extra quarts for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
