Several area Anglers have expressed interest in forming and fishing a "Wiregrass Senior Bass Trail" (age 50 and older) on the second Wednesday of each month beginning in July, 2018.
Tournaments will rotate between Lake Seminole and Lake Eufaula each month.
Tournaments will launch out of Parramores on Lake Seminole and Thomas Mill Creek on Lake Eufaula.
Tournament times will be from safe-light until 2:00 P.M. (CST) the second Wednesday of each month beginning in July, 2018.
The entry fee is $50.00 per-boat/per-tournament (includes $10.00 big bass). All Anglers Age 50 and older are welcome and encouraged to participate.
100% payback for first, second and third place finishers (under 20 boats) and first - fifth place finishers (over 20 boats).
Anglers must fish 3 out of 5 remaining tournaments to qualify for the classic on December 12th (Location TBA).
You can fish as an individual or with a partner. No restrictions on boat or motor. No live bait; artificial lures only.
Those Anglers interested in fishing the "Wiregrass Senior Bass Trail" will need to send an email to: [email protected]
Include your name, address, age and cell phone number (where you can get a text message).
You will receive a tournament schedule, rules and registration form (which each Angler must complete and turn in at the ramp prior to first launch).
Help spread the word and make this a successful tournament trail.
