Auburn police identify 2 men who exchanged gunfire outside Auburn Mall

Auburn Police have identified two men involved in an Auburn Mall shooting on March 9.


Deion S. Brooks, 23, from Waldrof, Md. and Michael R. Trimble, 21, from Montgomery both sustained gunshot wounds after the Friday shooting in the mall parking lot.


Both men were air lifted to Piedmont Midtown Medical Center in Columbus, Ga., where they remain hospitalized, in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.
