DOTHAN:  Alabama’s inaugural Barberitos location opens today, Monday, November 13, in Dothan.

Dothan residents Jason and Katie Eubanks own the franchise, located at 100 Apple Avenue, and they both come from the Wiregrass area themselves. Although they are already local business owners, they are excited to join the Barberitos family.

“We’re just thrilled about this opportunity,” Katie said. “We know and love the Wiregrass area, and we really look forward to bringing Barberitos’ farm fresh flavor to Dothan.”

The new location will officially open its doors on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 11 a.m. in the new Publix shopping center recently constructed along U.S. 84 West.

“Our slogan, ‘We make it fresh. You make it yours,’ is what we stand behind here at Barberitos,” Founder and CEO Downing Barber said. “We look forward to being part of the Dothan community and providing customers with fresh ingredients and a quality dining experience.”

The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on location at 10:30 a.m. on November 30, 2017.

Committed to serving “farm fresh” food, Barberitos serves all natural vegetables delivered to stores and hand-cut daily. The menu offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options along with chicken and steak chargrilled to perfection for protein lovers. Barberitos’ salsas, guacamole, hot sauces, meat marinades and salad dressings are made from scratch each day. Full-service catering is also available, ranging from boxed lunches to taco, nacho, salad or fajita bars that can be customized to serve a few to several hundred people.
