ASHFORD:    BOLO  BOLO  BOLO for Ashford Mayor Jonathon Grecu and Attorney For Ashford.


NOTE:  The Attorney For The City of Ashford IS NOT James Pike who represented 


the Ashford Council Members in the lawsuit by the Mayor.


The Ashford City Council are awaiting the Ashford Audit. They have until Friday to submit this audit in order to receive a grant of $ 800,000.00.


According to information the grant is from ADEM. It covers some aged problematic and possible leaking lines downtown. It will repair the Main Street lift station and the headworks at the treatment plant. They have been out of service for around 18 to 24 months.


They have been asking for the audit. The attorney has promised the council the audit and not produced it. Mayor Grecu has not produced the audit.


Mayor Grecu was AWOL ( absent without leave ) for the Ashford Council Meeting this past Monday evening. The Attorney  was about 50 minutes late for the meeting.


Mayor Grecu, the registered voters of the City of Ashford have elected you to a position. One of trust. You owe it to the citizens of Ashford to appear in person at the Ashford City Council Meetings. Get your feelings off your shoulders and do the job you were elected to do.


Being absent is not an excuse.


Having your feelings hurt is not an excuse.


MAN UP!


Do what is right. Do your job. Get the audit as the grant application dictates. If you lose the $ 800,000.00 on the grant - there will be no excuse.


The council members on behalf of the citizens of Ashford should file a lawsuit against you if you and/or the attorney should either of you to cause the city to lose the funding.
