Bystanders help save man after vehicle falls from 25-foot culvert, lands upside down in water

When a vehicle fell from a 25-foot storm culvert in Florence today, several bystanders jumped in to help save a man.







The man's vehicle went off the culvert after colliding with another car at North Wood Avenue and Cox Creek Parkway, police said. The man's vehicle landed upside down in about 2 feet of water, said Florence police Sgt. Greg Cobb in a news release.
