The CEO of a chain that specializes in Recreational Vehicle and camping equipment sales has made a rather strange business decision by announcing that if you support President Trump, that you can take your business elsewhere.
Camping World boss Marcus Lemonis is one of the growing numbers of corporate chieftains who are now comfortable enough to tell Trump supporters exactly how they feel about them even if it costs them customers.
Mr. Lemonsis was especially bold when he turned away untold amounts of future business during an interview on CNBC. Lemonsis is also a major player in NASCAR which now seems to be following the NFL down the dark alley of infusing sports with radical leftist politics.
Marus Lemonis, the CEO of Camping World, learned how quickly things can blow up on social media after he weighed in on events in Charlottesville.
Appearing on CNBC, Lemonis was asked to comment on corporate leaders stepping down from White House business councils over President Donald Trump’s remarks on the violence last weekend — for the record, Lemonis is no fan of Trump’s.
“There’s no doubt that there is probably not many consumers in this country today that are in favor of what has been said in the last couple days — and if they are, frankly, don’t shop at my business,” Lemonis said.
Camping World is the title sponsor of NASCAR’s truck racing series, and the comment prompted media reports claiming Lemonis told race fans who support Trump to shop elsewhere.
Lemonsis had previously referred to then candidate Trump as a “racist”.
So, there it is deplorables. The man doesn’t want your money. Like a typical liberal hypocrite, he will probably flip-flop if sales drop sufficiently over the long run.
They do not descriminate again what color you are, your religion, or who you even voted for.
