City of Dothan Garbage Pick-Up Schedule For Christmas Holiday

In observance of the Christmas Holidays, the City of Dothan’s offices will be closed on Monday, December 25, 2017 and Tuesday, December 26, 2017.  Therefore, the following schedule will apply to City of Dothan sanitation customers:  


Monday’s customers will receive garbage (automated green cart) and recycling collection on Wednesday, December 27, 2017. Collection for Tuesday’s customers will remain the same with pick-up on Tuesday, December 26, 2017.


There will be no trash (leaves, limbs, junk, etc.) collection on Monday and Tuesday, and there is no make-up day for trash.


If you have any questions, the Environmental Services Division can be contacted at 615-3820 during the office hours of 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.


Please remember to place all garbage, recycling, and trash by the curb prior to 6:00 a.m. on the day of your pick-up. Thank you!
