DOTHAN: These court cases are scheduled in the 20th Judicial Circuit in Houston and Henry County Alabama:

HOUSTON COUNTY:

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours "of their arrest". Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holidays he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.

These persons are seen via a TV screen from the jail to the courtroom.

HONORABLE 20th JUDICIAL District-Criminal COURT Benjamin Lewis  Had a total 127 cases in District-Criminal this are cases anything from Robbery 1^st  Attempt-Kidnapping Discharge Gun in Occupied .

 

HONORABLE 20th JUDICIAL District-Criminal COURT Kevin Moulton Had a total of 2 cases in District-Criminal these are for Possess/Receipt Cont

 

HONORABLE 20th JUDICIAL District-Criminal COURT Larry Anderson Had a total of 79 cases in Circuit-Criminal these are anything from Theft of Property 3^rd Fraud use Credit/Deb. He also had 3 cases in District-Criminal these are for Possess/Receive Cont and a Tech Viol Probation
