Dale County Sex Offender Arrested at Wiregrass Commons Mall

On 11/07/2017 Dothan Police made an arrest at a local department store in the 900 block of Commons Drive for Indecent Exposure.
The investigation revealed that Jeremy Oshawn McClain, 28, of Canterbury Farms Road, Midland City AL exposed himself in public for Sexual Gratification. McClain followed a female shopper around the store for several minutes before stopping behind a clothes rack and exposing himself to masturbate. The police were called and were able to apprehend McClain inside the store. He was taken into custody and confessed to the crime. McClain is a registered sex offender from Dale County. The Dale County Sheriffs Office has been notified of the arrest.
Bond was set at $6000.00.
