Dale County Sheriff Lieutenant Ends Chase

OZARK - DALE COUNTY:     Ozark Police went to stop a vehicle last evening about 11:49 PM. The person " in front of " the blue lights and not the person " under the blue lights " made the conscious decision not to stop. And the chase was on.


The chase beginning about Roy Parker Road ended in Pike County. Dale COunty Sheriff Lt. Ben Key, with 30 plus years in law enforcement "pit" the fleeing vehicle on a Pike County Road. The suspect was DUI. He was arrested and placed in jail.
