DALE COUNTY:  At about 6:50 PM Ozark - Dale County 911 dispatched a vehicle verses tree accident in Dale County.


The accident location was the 3000 block of County 51. Reports were Vehicle verses a tree.


Then immediate 911 reports accident verses a pedestrian.


The trauma alert accident made emergency responders request air transport. That air unit could not fly due to the weather.


IT IS MY INCONGIRMED UNDERSTANDING a person was sitting in a chair in a yard. The driver of a vehicle swerved to miss a tree in the road and struck a person who was sitting in a chair. The injured was transported to Dale Medical Center where they were pronounced dead.
