Discharging a Firearm Lands One in Jail

     On August 27, 2017 Deputies responded to a residence in Marianna, Florida in reference to the discharge of a firearm. The victim stated Antwoin Davies come into her home uninvited and put a gun in her face and then fired a shot into the air prior to leaving in a car. Deputies responding to the location and began attempting to locate the subject with the assistance of the Marianna Police Department.


     Deputies were unable to locate Davies after a lengthy search of suspected locations where Davies might have been hiding out. Later in the afternoon Davies came to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office where he was taken into custody and transported to the Jackson County Correctional Facility to await first appearance.


 


Arrested:


Antwoin Jariel Davies; 26 years of age; Resident of Tallahassee, Florida


Charges:


Armed Burglary


Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon
