Dothan Fire Responds to a Hazmat Call at the Kangaroo

DOTHAN: This morning around 5:30 am Dothan Fire responded to a report of a gas spill at the Kangaroo at Kinsey and the Circle. First reports there was 20 gals od gas on the ground at the gas pumps.
Dothan Engine 5 and Hazmat 2 responded along with Battalion Chief Messer. After the units arrived on the scene is was determined there was 12 gals of gas on the ground. Firefighters put down pet moss and closed the gas island around the spill.
The store is still open for business.
