COMMENTS

Slaughter classes 2 to 3 lower . Replacement bred cows 150 to 200 dollars per head higher with pairs pretty much non existent . Calves and feeder cattle steady to firm on the steers and a little lower on the heifers. Beef demand is outstanding and exports the best ever and I believe the new USMCA trade agreement that replaced NAFTA will have a positive impact on our market. All buyers still with good orders creating strong demand on a very active market. Fed cattle in the West last week higher @ 1.11 – 1.12.Iowa auction cattle @ 115.00 last week.
