COMMENTS

Slaughter classes 3 to 6 higher.  Replacement bred cows and pairs steady on light supply.  Calves and feeder cattle 4 to 6 higher. Our calf market is very good and the outlook very promising. Demand should increase as ranchers and feedlot operators rebuild and clean up and start to build cattle inventories.   Fed cattle in the West higher @  1.28-131, and some Iowa auction cattle to 134.00. Overall this market is building and sharing in the best economy I can remember!!  As we begin our 27th year, all of us here Thank you all for letting us handle your cattle and if we can be of any help, just let us know!!
