COMMENTS

Slaughter classes steady to firm.  Replacement bred cows steady and pairs too few to test. Calves and feeder cattle 3 to 6 higher, with some heifers 8 to 10 higher Our calf market keeps getting better and better with all buyers very active . Demand is increasing as Ranchers and Cattle Feeders rebuild and clean up and start to build cattle inventories. We are seeing this begin to take place  Fed cattle in the West steady @  1.28-130, and some Iowa auction cattle to 134.00. Overall this market is building and sharing in the best economy I can remember!!  As we begin our 27th year, all of us here Thank you all for letting us handle your cattle and if we can be of any help, just let us know!!
