Dothan Man Arrested for Robbery 1st Degree

Dothan AL - A Dothan man was arrested Friday for Robbery 1st degree in the alleged holdup of a fast food restaurant.


Officers say a 20-year old man, Kriston Snell walked into Wendy’s near Sam’s Club before it closed on Thursday night. “Our investigation revealed that Snell pulled a gun and threatened employees before getting away with an undisclosed amount of money,” Dothan Police Lieutenant Brian Smith said. He describes Snell as a former employee at restaurant.


As of Saturday afternoon, Snell was in the Dothan City Jail awaiting transfer to the Houston County Jail where he will be held in lieu of $60,000 bail.
