Dothan toddler hospitalized with burns; suspect charged

A Dothan man is charged with felony abuse after a toddler boy was hospitalized with burns and other injuries.


Dewan Deshawn-Obrien Walker, 22, is charged with one count of aggravated child abuse, according to Dothan police. Officers responded April 14 to Flowers Hospital where they learned the 2-year-old had suffered burns on his foot and hand.
