Drive by Shooting Call Lands Three in Jail

On December 20, 2017, at 11:45 AM, the Enterprise Police Department received an emergency call advising that shots were fired from a vehicle on Weeks Drive. While Patrol Officers were en route, 911 Dispatchers received information that an armed abduction was taking place at this location.
Patrol Officers located the suspect’s vehicle in the 100 Block of S. Main Street and conducted a traffic stop. EPD Officers located the victim in this vehicle and detained multiple vehicle occupants during this traffic stop. The victim was not harmed during this offense.
EPD Detectives arrested and charged the following individuals during this investigation. Julia McNefee, age 23, of Enterprise, AL was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd .
Matthew Todd Morrow, age 26, of Daleville, AL was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd.
Robert Xavier Torres-Delgado, age 32, of Level Plains, AL was arrested and charged with Kidnapping 1st.
All subjects were transported to the Coffee County Jail after arrest.
