Emmanuel Christian School hosted an officer appreciation day today. They had local law-enforcement out there working with the children. There had canines, police squad car and other attractions for the kids.
They were planning on feeding over 100 officers at lunch. The event started at 10 AM, with Dothan Mayor Mark Saliba doing a presentation at 10:40 AM.
A local artist would be painting of the thin blue line flag.
