Enterprise Man Arrested on Sex Charges

On April 3, 2019, at 1:00 PM, the Enterprise Police Department received information from the Bullock County Sheriff’s Office about a missing 15-year-old female juvenile in our area.  EPD Detectives located the missing juvenile who was in the company of a 22-year-old male at a residence in Enterprise.  During the course of this investigation, EPD Detectives discovered the missing juvenile was allegedly picked up in Bullock County by this individual and brought to Enterprise.


 


On April 4, 2019, at 1:00 PM, the Enterprise Police Department arrested and charged Justin Anthony Smith Jr., age 22, of Enterprise, AL with two counts of Rape 2nd, two counts of Sodomy 2nd, and one count of Traveling to Meet a Child for an Unlawful Sex Act.  Smith was transported to the Coffee County Jail after arrest.
