Enterprise Police Arrest Three for Credit Card Fraud

On November 19, 2017, at 4:00 PM, the Enterprise Police Department responded to Wal-Mart 600 Boll Weevil Circle Enterprise, AL on a call for alleged fraudulent credit card use. Responding EPD Officers and Detectives made contact with three suspects at Wal-Mart and discovered they were in possession of multiple counterfeit credit cards.
During the investigation, EPD Detectives executed a search warrant on the suspects’ vehicle and recovered 350 additional debit/credit cards, gifts cards, prepaid debit cards, and ITunes cards that were purchased with the counterfeit credit cards. The total value of the recovered cards is in excess of $11,000
EPD Detectives arrested and charged Leonard Anthony Maitland, age 22, of Opa Locka, FL, Nathaniel Louis Philon, age 34, of Opa Locka, FL, and Travis Ian Wells, age 27, of Opa Locka, FL with Possession of a Forged Instrument 3rd and Trafficking in Stolen Identities. Additional charges may be pending on these individuals. The suspects were transported to the Coffee County Jail after arrest.
