Enterprise Police Charge One with Robbery and Assault

On December 15, 2018, at 3:10 PM, the Enterprise Police Department responded to the 500 Block of Simmons Street Enterprise, AL on a call for robbery/assault.
The victim related to Officers that while walking down Simmons Street an unknown individual attempted to steal his cell phone by force.
The victim managed to get away from the offender and contact police. The victim sustained minor injuries during this encounter. EPD Detectives identified and obtained an arrest warrant on the offender for Robbery 3rd.
UPDATE:
On December 17, 2018, at 4:15 PM, EPD Detectives conducted a traffic stop on the offender’s vehicle in the 1600 Block of W. College Street Enterprise, AL.
EPD Detectives executed an arrest warrant for Robbery 3rd on Joshua Jerome Wilholt, age 28, of Enterprise, AL.
Wilholt was transported to the Coffee County Jail after arrest.
